We provide coordination and information services. We are not a dental clinic, we do not provide dental treatment, and we do not employ the dentists who treat you.
What we do not do
We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, and we do not guarantee any clinical outcome, price or treatment duration. Those are determined by the treating professionals.
Estimates
Cost estimates are indicative and are given before clinical assessment. Final treatment and pricing are set by the clinic after assessment.
Bookings and cancellations
How appointments, travel arrangements and cancellations are handled, including who holds the contract for each element, is set out here before launch.
Liability
The limits of our liability, and the separation between our coordination role and the clinic’s clinical responsibility, are defined here and confirmed in legal review.
