SmileGeorgia Pro™ is a patient coordination and information service for people considering dental treatment in Georgia. Contact details and the registered legal entity are stated here before launch.
What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, country, phone), the treatment need and travel preferences you describe, any documents or images you choose to send us, and standard technical data from your visit.
Health-related information
Information about your dental situation is health data and is treated with particular care. We ask you not to send medical records through the website form, and we provide a secure channel for images, X-rays and treatment plans.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to request a treatment proposal from a clinic on your behalf with your consent, and to coordinate travel and aftercare.
Sharing with clinics
We share your information with a clinic only when you have asked us to obtain a proposal, and only the information needed for that purpose.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose described, then delete it. The exact periods are confirmed in legal review.
